Feeding Tube Esophagitis
Linear mucosal inflammation in the esophagus of a malnourished, debilitated 63 year old man who had been fed via a nasoenteric feeding tube. Exam conducted during percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube placement. The nasoenteric feeding tube is still in place in this photograph.
