Jejunal Pseudomelanosis



Melanosis-like appearance of jejunal mucosa in a 72 year old with chronic iron deficiency anemia. He had been taking iron supplements for greater than 10 years, and had biopsy-proven pseudomelanosis of the duodenum due to chronic iron ingestion.
