64 year-old woman with sarcoidosis undergoing endoscopy for evaluation of dyspepsia and pyrosis. The gastric antrum was inflamed, and biopsies revealed noncaseating granulomas consistent with sarcoidosis. Biopsies from the esophagus were also consistent with focal esophageal sarcoidosis.
