Gastric Outlet Obstruction by Feeding Tube
88 year-old woman who presented with intractable vomiting and hematemesis. Endoscopy revealed that the internal balloon of her feeding gastrostomy tube had migrated distally, and had become impacted in the pyloric channel, creating a functional gastric outlet obstruction.
