Rectovaginal Fistula
59 year-old woman who had presented with frequent episodes of vaginitis, vaginal discharge and a history of passing air per vagina. Colonoscopy revealed this fistulous tract with mild to moderate associated inflammation.
57 year-old woman with longstanding Crohn's disease, with recurrent fistulas, having undergone surgical repair approximately 18 months earlier.
